Application

As long-term corrosion protection of metal surfaces like e.g. tools and moulds. Ideal for transports overseas as well as for wire-eroding. Also suitable for indoor and outdoor preservation of aggregates and vehicle parts.

Forms a transparent, dry-looking, waxy, and oil-free film after solvent evaporation
Markings remain visible
Extremely water repellent
Resistant to seawater
Silicone-free
Compatible with metals and solvent resistant materials
Economical in consumption

Instructions

Application by spray can or spraying device onto the dry and degreased surface.
Shake well prior to use (spray).
Short drying time at room temperature.
Thicker layer thickness increases the corrosion protection.
Allow solvents to evaporate completely before storage.
In many cases the wax should be removed from the treated parts prior to further processing. We recommend CLEAN-setral-AN/U.
The minimum shelf life in original sealed containers, stored in a cool and dry place (no direct sunlight) is about 3 years.
Due to the variety of applications we highly recommend to always carry out corresponding tests prior to general use.
Apply product thin and evenly.
